We want to make things easy for you. That's why we've grouped our services more clearly under the new name Bancontact Pro. Don't worry: our offer remains the same, but from now on you'll be able to find the solution that perfectly suits your business or activity more quickly.

• Bancontact Pro sticker solution (formerly Payconiq classic sticker solution): receive mobile payments via a sticker, with instant confirmation in your portal. No extra hardware or manual entry required.
  • Fixed QR: customers scan the sticker and enter the amount themselves.
  • Customisable QR: set the amount, reference, and/or description yourself for each transaction.
• Bancontact Pro payment app (formerly Payconiq GO): receive mobile payments via your own device (via the Bancontact Pro app on your smartphone or the web version). No extra equipment needed: enter the amount, show the QR code on your screen or on a sticker and you're done.
• Bancontact Pro integrated solution (formerly Payconiq via your cash register): speed up your checkout by integrating Bancontact Pro directly into your cash register.
  • Display: show a dynamic QR code directly on your customer-facing screen for instant scanning.
  • Static QR: link your till to a dedicated QR sticker placed conveniently at your checkout area. 
  • Receipt: include a unique QR code at the bottom of every receipt, allowing customers to pay at their own pace.
• Bancontact Pro top-up solution (formerly Payconiq Top-Up in a closed payment system): print a fixed QR code on a card or wristband – users scan and pay directly via the Bancontact Pay app or their bank app. Ideal for festivals, staff cards, or student IDs.

The Bancontact Pro portal (formerly Payconiq merchant portal)

Your trusted Merchant Portal is now also called Bancontact Pro. Go to https://portal.bancontactpro.com to get a detailed overview of your transactions, create and manage your shops and products, easily add users, and much more.

Accepting Bancontact and Wero payments

Customers can continue to pay via the familiar Bancontact Pay app (the new name for Payconiq by Bancontact) or their bank app. Your payment solution will soon be automatically activated for Wero.

New stickers to replace Payconiq stickers

In shops, the familiar Payconiq stickers are making way for new ones. These stickers feature a QR code that accepts mobile payments via both Bancontact Pay and Wero (the pan-European payment solution developed by EPI). Just like today, the QR code can be scanned with the Bancontact Pay app and various bank apps.

Every merchant will receive a new kit containing materials, including the payment QR code sticker and window stickers. Distribution begins on 16 March; the goal is for the entire merchant network to be fully equipped within one week.
